Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Functional Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level Workday HCM solutions within a Big 4–equivalent consulting environment.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM functional delivery
- Serve as functional lead and subject matter expert
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery
- Manage and mentor functional consultants
- Act as primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement
