Consultant – Workday HCM Functional

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Consultant – Workday HCM Functional. In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project and translate client business requirements into specific Workday configurations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday HCM Implementation and Support, strong functional knowledge of at least one Workday HCM module, and commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.

Requirements

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and document critical decisions
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through testing and deployment
• Translate client business requirements into specific Workday configurations
• Prepare test scenario & test cases and execute test cases in different testing cycles
• Guide clients during testing cycles and prototype development
• Coach and mentor new and junior consultants in best practices
• Manage multiple, parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques
• Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively and synergistically within designated teams
• Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
