Principal Consultant_ Workday HCM Technical

We are looking for a Principal Consultant to support the design and development of Workday Integrations, reports for HCM and payroll, integration tests, deployment, and documentation. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, business process analysis, and providing technical expertise in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Requirements analysis, business process analysis with functional SMEs and other system experts.
• Provide effort estimations for technical enhancements
• Design, Develop & Deployment of integrations and reports
• Prepare technical design documents
• Analysis and fix of integration production issues.
• Perform impact analysis of existing integrations due to new change in business process or acquisition of new company.
• Overseeing failures, errors and warnings of scheduled integrations.
• Identify & implement continuous improvements to existing integrations to bring more efficiency to the business process.
• Follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday.
