Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead large-scale organizational transformation and workforce initiatives in Mexico, with a focus on client leadership, team management, and business growth responsibilities.
Requirements
- Lead complex transformation programs from strategy through execution
- Define project scope, delivery approach, timelines, and governance structures
- Manage project financial performance, risks, and overall outcomes
