Business Analyst Management Accounting Reporting

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Management Accounting Reporting team. As a Business Analyst, you will work in a cross-functional Agile squad focused on delivering high-quality, future-proof solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the analysis and design of changes to financial reporting systems and processes, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs, and collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Data teams to ensure alignment and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (preferably finance or technology)
• 5+ years experience working with large datasets, databases and ETL
• Strong SQL skills (SAS EG is a plus, or willingness to learn)
• A solid understanding of banking products and financial/regulatory reporting
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong data analysis skills
• Experience working in Agile/Lean environments is a plus
• The ability to connect the dots between business needs and technical solutions
