Job Description
As Team Leader IT Capacity Management, you will lead a team of a dozen colleagues to ensure the IT department has the necessary human and material resources to function efficiently. You will convert budgets into resources, support your team, supervise and monitor team activities, and build a network with relevant parties.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or an equivalent level due to experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in team management and project coordination
- Affinity with numbers and basic knowledge of budget and financial management
- Knowledge of public contracts (valuable asset)
- Fluent French or Dutch language skills
