Job Description
As a Team Leader IT - Capacity Management, you will lead a team of ten people and ensure that our ICT management has the necessary human and material resources to function effectively. This involves translating budgets into resources, supervising and controlling team activities, anticipating needs, developing a network, coordinating processes, thinking long-term, and staying alert to market trends.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent by experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in team management and demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and teams successfully
- Comfortable with numbers and notions of budget management and finance
- Knowledge of public markets is a valuable asset
- Ability to listen, communicate and convince
- Analytical skills and a reporting affinity
- Fluency in French or Dutch, and ability to exchange in the other language
