Job Description
As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for purchasing procedures related to ICT Software within the Purchasing division of Infrabel.
Requirements
- Maintain a network of internal clients
- Work closely with the ICT department
- Determine the most appropriate purchasing strategy
- Prospect the market, develop a network of suppliers, and identify daily opportunities
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Organize the attribution of public markets
- Supervise the execution of markets
- Ensure that rules of public markets, internal processes, and CSR objectives are respected
- Identify opportunities for improving purchasing procedures
- Lead a team of 3 buyers
- Contribute to the definition of KPIs for monitoring purchasing activities
