Job Description
Infovisa is seeking a Customer Success Associate to provide initial relationship management to clients. This role involves troubleshooting client systems, training staff, and participating in product testing. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Infovisa products and services and adept at providing excellent customer support.
Requirements

- Act as subject matter experts on Infovisa products
- Resolve incoming inquiries using various tools
