Lead Human Resources Business Partner

Infosys Australia is looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to join their business and be part of a fun, supportive and collaborative team. This role is based in Melbourne, VIC. As part of a close-knit HR team, you will be responsible for the employees across Australia and provide support across a range of HR activities while also having the opportunity to be involved in a variety of HR projects.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering
• Strong expertise in Strategic HR partner, change management & HR Analytics
• Experience dealing with the full range of employee life cycle
• Strong Employee Relation experience in managing investigations and disciplinary measures within the framework of internal policy and local legislation
