Associate Lead - HR

Infosys BPM is seeking an Associate Lead - HR for a 12-month fixed-term position. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, employee relations, payroll administration, grievance management, employee engagement, and HR business partnering. The role requires a strong background in recruitment, payroll, and HR systems, as well as excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
