Job Description
Infosys is seeking experienced Learning Transformation Consultants to shape and deliver large-scale learning transformation programmes for global organisations. The role focuses on strategic advisory, commercial acumen, and delivery excellence. Consultants will lead initiatives within Learning Managed Services, Upskilling & Reskilling, or Learning Systems Integration (SI), ensuring that enterprises future-proof their workforce. The role offers opportunities for sales and leadership, and contributes to innovation within the learning technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Learning, Talent, or Workforce Transformation
- Proven ability to sell and lead multi-million-dollar learning transformation programmes
- Deep understanding of modern learning ecosystems, digital learning platforms, and global content supply chains
- Strong executive presence and influencing skills
- High commercial acumen with ability to translate business strategy into measurable learning outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail and a relentless drive for quality
- Effective in facilitating collaboration and motivating teams
- Strong prioritization and organisational skills
