We are seeking purpose-driven professionals who are experienced in driving Organizational Change Management as a part of large international digital transformations.
Requirements
- 8-10 years consulting experience at a senior level
- Business transformation and change management experience, ideally in a top tier consultancy
- Proven track record of successful business development across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management and RFP / proposal creation
- Experience in Digital Transformation and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes
- Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all aspects of client engagements
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in and English and additional languages (German, French, Dutch) are an advantage
- PROSCI certified
