Job Description
Infosys is seeking talented Agile transformation and Scrum Master professionals to join a dynamic team and contribute to the workforce transformation of clients. The role offers opportunities to work across functional business pillars, leverage a diverse and international team, and foster an inclusive work culture. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow and impact clients' business transformations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
- Experienced in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
- Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification
- Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
- Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- German language skills (a plus)
