Job Description
This Agile Coach/Scrum Master role is within a fast-growing company focused on implementing agile methodologies. The position involves supporting developer teams in integrating agile practices, providing coaching and facilitation, and promoting an agile mindset. The role can be primarily office-based, with potential for remote work in Erfurt, Leipzig, Berlin, and Hamburg.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as Agile Coach/Scrum Master or a similar role in IT
- Experience in product management and software development
- Experience with agile methods and the ability to utilize them effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to get things sorted out quickly
- Proficiency in German language
- At least 100% German language proficiency
