The Technical Support Engineer will work closely with the commercial team, retailers, customers, and central teams to provide technical support and ensure vehicle uptime. They will diagnose complex vehicle issues, develop solutions, and improve processes.
Requirements
- Significant Aftersales & Technical service engineering-based business experience
- Recognisable technical qualification or experience based equivalent
- Broad experience in Automotive Technical Service Engineering & Aftersales disciplines
- Ability to travel, both national and international as required by the role
- IT skills are essential
