Job Description
Indochino is seeking an In-House Tailor for their Columbus, Ohio location. The role involves performing and completing garment alterations, managing workflow, and offering expert tailoring advice. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and possess strong sewing and design skills. This position reports to Manager at Indochino.
Requirements
- Perform and complete alterations according to Indochino's guidelines.
- Provide sound advice on product, calculating lead times.
- Manage alterations and collaborate with vendors.
- Maintain accurate record of alterations and ensure customer satisfaction.
