Job Description
Indochino is seeking an In-House Tailor to perform alterations on garments, manage workflow, and offer expert tailoring advice. The role focuses on maintaining productivity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and cultivating brand loyalty. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion.
Requirements
- Perform and complete alterations according to Indochino’s guidelines
- Provide sound advice on garment fitting
- Strong knowledge of garment fitting, fabrics, styling, manufacturing techniques, garment construction and men’s suiting
- Customer-centric approach
- Press, steam, and spot clean garments
- Follow quality control guidelines
- Collaborate with Showroom staff
- Manage workload and meet productivity targets
