Requirements

• High School or GED required
• Six (6) months experience working for a health insurance company, physician’s office or pharmacy required
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills
• Experience handling high volume, inbound and outbound phone calls preferred
• Typing 35-40 words a minute required
• Strong organizational/time management skills
