Job Description
This inspection/packaging team lead role is vital within INCOG BioPharma's Operations, focusing on the inspection and packaging of sterile drug products. The role involves monitoring processes, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations. A dedicated role, the inspection team lead, is responsible for minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining product quality, and exceeding production standards.
Requirements
