Job Description
INCOG BioPharma is seeking an Inspection and Packaging Supervisor to provide expertise in inspection and packaging of sterile drug products, ensuring compliance and quality processes. This role involves developing and leading the inspection team, training inspectors, and ensuring adherence to regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical inspection, quality systems, and a commitment to customer value.
Requirements
- Provide technical support and project leadership in implementing visual inspection programs.
- Train inspection operations and develop their capabilities.
- Develop processes to maintain and control visual inspection requirements and coordinate process procedures.
