Job Description
incident.io is a leading all-in-one incident management platform for smaller and larger organizations. They are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team, focusing on technical sales and demonstrating the value of their platform. This role involves understanding customer needs, developing sales strategies, and providing critical feedback to shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar role, preferably at a SaaS company
- Inquisitive nature and ability to learn
