We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Director (Metallurgy) to play a key role in the operational governance and industrial excellence of the factory. The successful candidate will act as the right-hand man to the factory management and lead the quality, performance, and continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
- Bachelor's degree in materials engineering or metallurgical engineering.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in quality and continuous improvement in a heavy industrial environment.
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership, oriented towards the field, with excellent ability to manage operational pressure.
- Advanced bilingualism in French and English.
