Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in team management
- Confirmed experience in industrial project management
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial environment
- Mastery of steel transformation processes, welding, and project management tools
