Senior Customer Architect (Remote)

Requirements

• Partner with the sales team in pre-sales engagements
• Design and present solutions for Imply Lumi
• Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments
• Provide advanced troubleshooting
• Serve as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with product management and engineering
• Help achieve revenue targets
• Keep opportunity information up-to-date in Salesforce and other tools
