Senior Customer Solutions Architect (Remote - US)

As a Senior Customer Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers maximize value from cloud-native security and monitoring platforms. You will guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and technical enablement, addressing complex environments and unique challenges.

Requirements

• Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, guiding them through platform adoption and implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to influence the product roadmap based on customer requirements and feedback.
• Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions in complex enterprise environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Identify expansion opportunities and provide expert guidance to drive customer success and platform adoption.
• Conduct technical enablement sessions, onboarding, and training for customer teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical challenges across cloud-native and SaaS environments.
• Maintain deep knowledge of cloud-native technologies, containers, Kubernetes, DevOps tooling, and security/monitoring solutions.
