Job Description
iManage is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of UX Research to lead their research practice and elevate the voice of the user across their enterprise platform. This role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays, collaboration with stakeholders, and a focus on user-centered design. The manager will be responsible for data-driven insights, research operations, and building a high-impact UX research function.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX research
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success advocating for research within executive and engineering teams
- Deep experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong understanding of enterprise software/legal tech
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building research functions or scaling existing teams
