UX Research Program Manager - New York

This UX Research Program Manager role is focused on enabling and maturing UX Research operations. The role involves establishing research best practices, streamlining programs and tooling, and owning the administrative complexities for researchers and designers to ensure successful client and user problems solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, project management, and user research skills, and a deep understanding of user experience methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX research operations
• 3+ years of experience leading end-to-end UX Research projects
• Experience managing research operations (recruitment, scheduling, vendor management)
• Experience with processes related to socialization and evangelism of research
• Experience developing and maintaining team resources and communications
• Advanced project management and execution skills
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to execute in a large, matrixed organization
• Knowledge of UX measurement and setting KPIs
