Financial Analyst-Rebates

IKO Industries Ltd. is a market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials, and is seeking a Financial Analyst-Rebates to process various types of rebate transactions and support N.A. operations.

Requirements

• Process customer rebates accurately and timely
• Track and maintain contractor Volume Buy rebates amounts and squares/bundles purchased
• Prepare Buy Analysis and distribute to rebate/management personnel
• Assist in timely and accurate accruals of rebates on quarterly and year end basis
• Support contractor loyalty program payment processing
• Verify accuracy of invoices and accounting documents or records
• Update and maintain databases for sales and rebate data
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on pricing proposals and rebate programs
• Assist in development of pricing review process with sales team
• Audit pricing and rebate rules within system
