Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst, Plant Finance partners with plant management and regional leadership to deliver financial insights, strengthen reporting processes, and drive operational efficiency. The role requires occasional travel to assigned plants within North America to support operational and leadership needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience, ideally in a large, multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, management accounting, and budgeting.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS and/or GAAP).
- Proficiency with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across finance and operations.
