Job Description
The InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a Chef de Partie to assist in managing a food and beverage outlet, ensuring the preparation and cooking of food items, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, menu planning, and cost control.
Requirements
- Assist in managing the outlet with the sous chef, providing guidance and training.
- Complete a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience in culinary or kitchen operations.
- Certification in culinary arts preferred.
