Job Description
The Executive Chef will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes and meals according to international client needs, developing new recipes, and demonstrating customer service. This role is integral to the success of the department and the hotel. The role involves implementing culinary techniques for various dietary requirements.
Requirements
- Similar experience and successful in luxury hospitality
- Required academic qualification (CAP, BEP or Bac Pro)
- Good knowledge of HACCP
- Strong team spirit
- Ability to organize
- Attention to detail
- Practice of English is highly appreciated
