We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Casino CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ibet Group. As the Casino CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities for our casino brands.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Casino CRM or a similar role in igaming & highly interested in Casino
- Good understanding of player bonuses and incentives
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software
- Knowledge of casino industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements
- Very good communication skills in writing, speaking in English
- Additional foreign languages are a great advantage
