Job Description
We're looking for an HR Business Partner who can drive improvements and take on challenges. You'll work closely with teams and managers to bridge the gap between their daily challenges and the organization's broader goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR Business Partner role
- A completed HBO degree, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Experience with HR systems and affinity with digitalization
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English
- Sturdy in your shoes: you're a proactive sparring partner who takes the initiative, works independently, and can adapt quickly to a dynamic environment
