As a Senior People & Culture Advisor, you will be the strategic sparring partner for our Unit Directors and team leads, connecting people and organization, stimulating growth, and working on international HR projects. You will contribute to an inspiring, inclusive, and result-oriented work environment and your own development.
Requirements
- HBO or WO education in the direction of HRM or Business Economics
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as an advisor / HRBP within the broad HR / People & Culture field
- Experience within a technical project organization is a plus, experience in a matrix organization is a must
- Curious about new (digital) possibilities and use them to make your work more effective
- Prioritize and can think and act processually
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
- Maintains an overview, is not easily confused, and is stress-resistant
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude
- Ability to express yourself perfectly in English and have at least a basic knowledge of legislation around international mobility and visas
