Campus Recruiter position at IG&H in Utrecht, responsible for attracting young talent, managing the selection process, and contributing to employer branding and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of a completed HBO degree
• 1 year of work experience in labor mediation (as a campus and/or corporate recruiter, recruitment consultant or intermediary) or a similar role
• Organizational talent for setting up events and in-house days
• Fluent Dutch and business English, both verbally and in writing
• Eager to learn and develop within recruitment
