Requirements

• 2nd or 3rd year of studying HRM, Business Administration, People & Business, Facility Management, or a similar field
• Availability of 32 hours a week for 20 weeks
• Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing
• Energetic, eager to learn, communicative, and able to work independently and in teams
• Interest in recruitment, HR processes, and improving candidate and employee experience
