Job Description
IDL Projects is seeking experienced Carpenters (Journeyman and Apprentice) for their construction services in Canada and internationally. Carpenters are responsible for the construction, erection, installation, maintenance, and repair of structures. Requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Prepare layouts to comply with building codes
- Demonstrate skill in safe shop tool operation
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood, steel, and other materials
- Prepare foundations, install floor beams, install walls and roof systems
- Install trim and installs
