Commercial Roofing Superintendent ( Maryland)

Ideal Building Solutions is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join their Production Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading roofing crews, planning and executing roofing projects, and maintaining a clean and safe work site.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in the roofing industry working in a production or service environment
• Ability to install various roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Accessories
• Previous experience with a Mobile Clock In / Clock Out System
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 40-60 Hour Work Weeks with up to 100% Travel
• Consistent & Reliable Timeliness & Attendance
• Rotating (1) weekend per month On-Call Schedule
• Ability to operate mobile technology systems & programs
• Willingness to learn from other technicians & direct supervisors
• Excellent communicator, both oral and written- Customer Service skill set
