Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Ideal Building Solutions is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join their Production Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of commercial roofing projects, ensuring safety and quality control, and working closely with the project manager and client representatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the roofing industry, preferably in a production or service environment
• Ability to install various roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, and modified bitumen
• Previous experience with metal accessories, such as gutters and downspouts
• Ability to operate mobile technology systems and programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
