Job Description
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Vice President or Vice President Fund Attorney to support the Legal team in Toronto. This role involves working closely with the Senior Vice President of Legal to provide strategic legal guidance throughout the fund lifecycle, contributing to the firm's growth and influencing both global and private fund strategies. The position requires experience in alternative investments and in the private wealth space.
Requirements
- 4+ years of legal experience within the investment management space (alternative investments, including in Private Equity and Hedge Funds)
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian securities laws
- Member in good standing of the Ontario Bar
