Job Description
The Field Operations Section is seeking a LEG/ORG Expert to provide consultancy, direction, and advice to national authorities for clear separation of functions between regulator and service provider for AIS, Cartography, PANS OPS, MET, and SAR, and AIG independence from the State in charge of conducting aircraft accident and incident investigations. The expert will review regulatory and service provider arrangements, identify conflicts and discrepancies, and draft necessary legislation to resolve them.
Requirements
- University degree in law with specialization and advanced qualifications in air law.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in application of Air Law and at least 5 years' experience at drafting aviation law.
- Experience in formulation of civil aviation policy of a State, drafting of basic aviation legislation, and preparation of organizational structures, operating regulations, procedure documents, and position training plans.
