Administrative Coordinator

Manage client billing and invoicing, assist with general accounting duties, and provide administrative support to various teams.

Requirements

• Some working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or administrative support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
