Job Description
GrowHealthy is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented iAnthus Capital employee to join their team in the cultivation department. Requirements
- Strong desire to learn and contribute to a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organized
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation or familiarity with Cannabis
- Knowledge of container systems and understanding of temperature and humidity manipulation
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks.
