Job Description
GrowHealthy is seeking a motivated individual to join their team at the Lake Wales, Florida facility as a Cultivation Technician. The company focuses on empowering individuals through access to high-quality cannabis products and provides a supportive, flexible work environment. The role involves maintaining and caring for plants, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and contributing to the company's cultivation operations.
Requirements
- Adherence to scheduled work hours (punctuality and attendance)
- Adherence to all policy and regulations set forth by the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Computer, mathematic, language, and reasoning skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
