Internal Communications Lead

We are seeking an Internal Communications Lead to join our team at IAG Cargo. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies, managing internal channels, and creating engaging content for our colleagues.

• Proven experience in channel management, internal communications and colleague engagement within complex, fast-paced organisations
• Skilled in developing and delivering communications to support a wide range of projects
• Collaborative team player with the confidence and capability to work independently
• Creative and innovative communicator, digitally confident and adept at using modern tools and platforms
• Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to plan, implement, and embed scalable communication processes and channels
