The role involves hands-on learning and making a genuine business impact through placements across IAG Cargo Commercial. The programme includes a tailored learning journey, mentor programme, and opportunities for travel and personal development.

Requirements

• Hold a 2:2 degree or above (or equivalent) within the last ten years from any degree discipline
• Willing to work in different locations and within various business functions
• Have the right to live and work full-time in the UK
