Head of Learning Design

HyperionDev is seeking a Head of Learning Design to lead the development and evaluation of its course strategy, content, and student learning experiences. This role will focus on scaling and optimizing existing courses within HyperionDev's existing Learning Experience, collaborating with designers, managers, and various internal teams. The company focuses on providing accelerated tech education to students globally, backed by Meta and the UK's Department for Education, and aims to reduce the global tech skills gap.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years experience in learning/instruction design
• 5+ years of direct team management experience
• Deep understanding of learning design and educational technology best practices
• Experience working with high-ranking university partners
• Experience with project management tools
