Head of Learning Design

HyperionDev is a leading provider of accelerated tech education in EMEA, offering coding bootcamps and technology courses. The Head of Learning Design will lead the creation and evaluation of course strategy, development, and maintenance to ensure learners have the skills to succeed in the tech industry. They will also manage a team of learning designers and specialists to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years experience in learning/instruction design, ideally within EdTech
• 5+ years direct team management experience, having directly line managed a team of 5+ individuals
• Deep understanding of learning design and educational technology best practices
• Experience working with high-ranking university partners or other prestigious institutions
• Experience vetting and onboarding scalable methodologies, tools and platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Good business acumen
