Client Service Manager - Commercial Insurance

The Client Service Manager will be responsible for external support to clients, ensuring high service levels and fostering client retention. This role involves oversight of client needs, renewal process management, and relationship building. It's a hybrid position based in Cleveland, OH.

Requirements

• Serve as the lead service contact to clients for assigned book of business.
• Manage client renewal process and ensure completion of tasks.
• Maintain client retention ratio of 96%+.
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assess business and human capital for risks.
• Lead Client Engagement Strategy (CES) for assigned clients.
• Maintain and grow insurance knowledge.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
